Purpose of Meeting
We are a 501C3 nonprofit organization. We are looking to host an educational seminar on retirement planning and medicare. This is a free educational course for those 57+. Looking for classroom style set up/ projector/screen. We are able to post on marketing material this is not a library sponsored event if needed. We have documentation if needed and insurance. We do not allow for profit marketing at these events as it violates our policy. Thank you!
