Event Details:

Join us for this interactive cooking series where we will highlight delicious recipes from cookbooks in our collection. A library staff member will demonstrate how to make the dishes with patron participation. Supplies are provided and registration is required. 

Usually harvested in the late summer or early fall, these hardy vegetables have a thick skin and will keep well through the cold winter months.  In this session, we will take a look at some sweet and savory recipes that use winter squash.
