Join us for this interactive cooking series where we will highlight delicious recipes from cookbooks in our collection. A library staff member will demonstrate how to make the dishes with patron participation. Supplies are provided and registration is required. 

There are many dried beans that are healthy and easy to use in everyday recipes.  How to soak, prepare and cook beans will be covered.
