Event Details:

Join us for this interactive cooking series where we will highlight delicious recipes from cookbooks in our collection. A library staff member will demonstrate how to make the dishes with patron participation. Supplies are provided and registration is required. 

Fresh tomatoes are in abundance this time of year and very versatile.  We will discuss the various types of tomatoes and then prepare some delicious recipes using heirloom tomatoes.
