Located on the first floor of the library. No fee for use. 

Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance, with a maximum of 2 reservations per month.

Bookings require staff approval. For online reservation requests your reservation will be "Pending" until staff have approved the reservation. Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day reservations must be made by library staff. 

Occupants may rearrange the room to suit their needs but are required to reset it to the default arrangement at the end of their meeting.
