Join an instructor from ASAP (After School Arts Program) a nonprofit from Des Moines bringing quality access to arts education. Spend two days exploring costume design and working on your own handmade creation! Ages 7+. Registration required.

Children and teens aged 6 and older may be left unattended at library activities, however we encourage parents to attend with children who may need additional assistance with the activity.
