This ongoing series provides opportunities to learn about crafts, food, and gardening while also allowing for hands-on practice.
According to Psychology Today, plants can enhance your emotional and mental health. We will look at some research that shows how plant life and other forms of natural beauty, indoors and out, enhance our social, psychological, physical, cognitive, environmental, and spiritual well-being. Each participant will take home a small house plant and learn how to care for it.
