Join us for this interactive cooking series where we will highlight delicious recipes from cookbooks in our collection. A library staff member will demonstrate how to make the dishes with patron participation. Supplies are provided and registration is required.
Summer is synonymous with sweet corn. Join us as we wrap up the summer garden season and celebrate with some unique and delicious recipes using sweet corn.

Gather with fellow crocheters and knitters to work on your own project or start a new project. All experience levels are welcome. For those new to these hobbies we will provide supplies for you to use. We ask that more established crocheters and knitters bring their own supplies if able.
Speakers from the Rain Campaign and the City of Grimes Stormwater department will present the whys and hows of harvesting and using rainwater to water plans, lawns, and gardens.
Open to anyone 18+.

Come learn how to do a craft at the library, led by a staff member. All materials are provided, and each participant goes home with something they made, as well as a new crafting skill. Open to everyone aged 16+.

Join our gatherings focused on enjoying poetry in all of its many forms. The program will vary from month to month and will include different activities including guest poets, poetry workshops, informational presentations and more.
